In recent years, the relevant departments of Lhasa have pushed forward the reform of "streamlining administration and institute decentralization, strengthening regulation, and optimizing services" to better serve the people and enterprises, which greatly improves the handling efficiency.

At the same time, in holidays and on days off, appointment services are implemented. Besides, all kinds of self-service equipment is installed, enabling the masses to enjoy the "one-stop" service, which receives unanimous praise.
