On the early morning of Dec. 9th, the first ray of sunshine casts a golden glow on the Meili Snow Mountains, gradually forming a splendid landscape. Located in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the Meili Snow Mountains are a group of Snow Mountains running from south to north, with a total length of 150 kilometers. Its highest peak Kawagarbo, 6,740 meters above the sea level, is the highest mountain in Yunnan Province. Meili Snow Mountains are often shrouded in snow and clouds all year round, making the “golden glow on the Meili Snow Mountains” a rare sight.
